The BIOBASE CLASS III type biological safety cabinet - installed in a positive overpressure laboratory - is suitable for working with Group 4 hazardous materials. There are 3 ULPA filters in the cabinet, which filter 99.999% of particles larger than 0.1 - 0.2 microns from the air.

You can work in the device with the help of long-handled gloves built into the front panel. The pass box is installed on the right side of the cabinet, through which tools/materials can be taken in/out of the cabinet. Internal dimensions of the pass box: 400x390x340 mm (WxDxH).

The device draws in the laboratory air through a ULPA filter built on the top of the cabinet - through a pre-filter. As a result, there is a sterile air flow in the working space of the CLASS III cabinet.

The air entering the workspace does not meet the air leaving the cabinet, because it leaves the cabinet after being filtered through the separate channel and two ULPA filters - moved by two fans. The cabinet must always be connected to the external extraction system.

The control unit of the devices is a touch foil, microprocessor control unit, which can be used to switch the ventilation, the UV lamp (2 pcs) and the lighting. The control heat remote control is also included.

The current (negative) pressure of the cabinet can be read on the mechanical pressure gauge built into the interior, which indicates the normal operation of the cabinet, or the clogging of the - air speed reduction - filters.
