The bottom sieves are made of stainless steel with a hole size of 0.12 - 10 mm (14 sizes).
The composition of the sample passing through the sieve:
- 80% of the sample will be below half the size of the hole
- the remaining 20% will be the other fractions (possibly even larger than the hole size, if, for example, the fibrous sample passes through the sieve along its length).
The hole shape of the sieve is trapezoidal from 0.12 to 2.0 mm, above it is circular.
The sieves are available in some sizes (0.12; 0.25; 0.5; 1.0; and 2.0 mm) in a heavy metal-free design.
In the table of sieves, you can also find some bottom sieves for the SK 100 type, which has already been discontinued.
