Ultrasonic water baths with a digital display can also be operated with 37 kHz and 80 kHz ultrasound frequencies.
The lower frequency is recommended for fast processes that require a greater cleaning effect and for mixing, dissolving and degassing, while the higher frequency can be used for time-consuming operations with less noise, such as cleaning capillaries.
In addition to the "SWEEP" and "DEGAS" functions known from the Elmasonic S type, the "PULSE" application is available, which speeds up cleaning with increased energy pulses. The device also enables parameterized control of temperature and ultrasound power.

Accessories for cleaning 3D printer parts
In addition to the many areas of use, the Elmasonic P series heated ultrasonic baths can also be used in the cleaning of 3D printing parts, especially at the 80 kHz frequency that promotes fine cleaning. Cleaning takes place in 15 minutes. A chemical-resistant plastic tub that resists TPM is available for all P-series devices.
Small parts can be safely dissolved in a beaker with a lid for cleaning with flammable IPA. Cleaning with an open beaker must be done in a fume hood.
