The racks are designed to keep the samples placed in them at a suitable temperature after they are taken out of the refrigerator/freezer.

The holder has a reversible plate with holes, in which 20 (5 × 4) 1.5 or 2 ml microtubes can be placed on one side. By turning the sheet over, we can also place 20 0.5 ml eppendorf tubes in it.

The lower part of the holder is filled with non-toxic gel, the microtubes are immersed in this cooled gel. The jelly stores the cold and then slowly warms up to the ambient temperature.
The blue holder holds the pattern - approx. Keeps between -20 and -10 °C for 3 hours.

The white holder keeps the samples below 0 °C for approx. for 5 hours.

The holders are made of polycarbonate, the lower part is filled with non-toxic gel.
