An excellent solution for efficient DNA and RNA extraction and purification from a variety of sample types, including blood, tissues, plant materials, and cell cultures. The instrument uses advanced magnetic bead separation: it utilizes the specific binding between nano-sized magnetic beads and nucleic acids to fully automate sample preparation. The instrument operates with microprocessor drive control, highly efficient bead separation thanks to permanent magnetic bars, and individually adjustable temperatures for the lysis and elution steps. The large 8-inch color touch screen and intuitive user interface make it extremely easy to start purification processes with minimal manual effort.
Dedicated extraction kits enable high-yield nucleic acid purification in up to 8 minutes. 96-well plates (deep-well) ensure uniform heat distribution and optimal lysis. Patented protective sleeves, safety door locking and UV sterilization provide effective help in preventing cross-contamination. 6-place strips are also provided for economical processing of individual samples.
