Washers with a disinfection function designed for professional cleaning and disinfection tasks, mainly for laboratory and pharmaceutical use.
In addition to the appropriate cleaning results, these devices provide the user documentation, reproducibility and traceability. Each dishwasher can be individually programmed according to the user's needs, so later on, by starting the given program, the washing and disinfection process will always take place in the same way, without the need for manual settings.
The interior and layout of the devices can be flexibly configured to maximize space utilization. With various racks and adapters, the interior can be fully customized to individual needs.
KEN also pays special attention to the resource efficiency of its devices. Its dishwashers use less electricity, water and chemicals than average during a cycle. All of this is connected, as less water (to be heated) requires less chemicals and energy.
Five different designs
IQ3: Designed for the needs of small and medium-sized laboratories, with a small space requirement, can also be placed under a counter. With a volume of 175 liters, of which 137 liters is the useful internal volume. Water consumption per cycle, depending on the program, 8-14 liters, cycle time 10-80 minutes.
IQ4: For the needs of small and medium-sized laboratories, where a small-sized device is needed to wash a significant amount of equipment. Total volume 226 liters, while the useful volume 181 liters. Water consumption per cycle, depending on the program, 12-15 liters, cycle time 50-60 minutes.
IQ5: Larger capacity and more precisely configurable device in a single- or double-door design, which can be automatic sliding door or traditional manual. It has a total volume of 279 and a useful volume of 231 liters. Water consumption per cycle is 22-25 liters, depending on the program, cycle time is 35-40 minutes.
IQ6: High-capacity glassware washer, specifically designed for the efficient and reproducible cleaning of laboratory glassware. Also available in a GMP version on request. Total volume is 497 liters, usable volume is 413 liters. Water consumption per cycle is 22-25 liters, depending on the program, cycle time is 35-40 minutes.
IQ10: Suitable for washing larger laboratory, production or other technological equipment. Unlike the other versions, it is suitable for the automated washing of large objects, the manual cleaning of which would require significant working time and resources. It can be made in several sizes, so a larger washing chamber or a particularly high washing capacity can be created.
