These balance table with double vibration damping minimizes environmental vibrations, providing a sufficiently stable surface for the optimal operation of analytical balances (accuracy of 0.00001 g).
The balance table is characterized by careful design, careful design and decorative appearance.
The first anti-vibration already occurs with the self-adjusting feet, but at the same time, with the help of height-adjustable feet, you can eliminate the instability caused by the unevenness of the floor, and at the same time, the table top can be leveled.
The marble/granite block can be leveled independently. The second anti-vibration is performed by the structure holding the stone block ("bracket"), which is independent of the table's frame structure, so it does not absorb its vibrations. This is our own idea (unfortunately, many people have already copied it).
The approx. The 40 kg stone is held at the appropriate height by the multi-layered (cork/rubber/cork) vibration damping plates placed on the bracket.
The worktop is a 40 mm thick FORMICA-covered furniture board with a rounded front edge, in the middle of which there is a cut-out lined with an anodized aluminum profile for the stone block. The cover plates are made of 19 mm thick furniture board. The table top and cover plates have edge foiling and hidden fixings.
The table frame is a steel structure welded from a 40 × 40 mm closed section, stiffened at the corners. After sandblasting, the surface is treated by burning a layer of paint applied with electrostatic technology at 200 °C. The components of the weighing tables (Labsys 4) are in stock, so we can assemble the table within 1-2 weeks. The color of the frames in stock: light gray or white.
The weighing tables can be manufactured for several workplaces, in the desired size and with different colored furniture panels or painting. We can make other special tables and instrument stands if required.
