Spray cooling supplemented with a metal sheet covering the glasses. The heat-absorbing water has a cooling effect on the wall of the autoclave.
This solution can be used when direct spraying of the glass is not allowed. Very good efficiency: practically the same as the cooling speed of the cooling spiral + fan technology.
It makes sense to get the laminar plate if the spray cooling is already available for another task (normal water cooling costs a third of the spray cooling).
Extra fast cooling, cools down a 150-liter autoclave in about 10-15 minutes, in which approx. 40 liters of liquid were sterilized.
