They can be applied to any FUEGO and the Gasprofi 1 micro type safety gas burner, they can be easily attached to them.

The material of their casing is the same as the gas burners (stainless steel). Each one is suitable for sterilizing a maximum of four loops.

The holder rotates, so the burnt loop has time to cool down while the other three loops are burned.

Microprocessor, gas burner with controlled carousel. As a result of two-way communication between the two microprocessor devices – the sterilizing cover and the safety gas burner – the flame sterilization and the switching of the fire extinguisher are completely automatic. The movement of the ignition stems, i.e. the positioning of the loops, is carried out by motorized mechanics. A maximum of 4 loops can be placed in the stand. A sensor detects the installation or removal of the loops and automatically controls all the functions of the gas burner. The sterility time and the direction of rotation can be selected. The electric demand of the topping can be met from the output of the gas burner's foot switch. The sterilizing top also contains such an outlet, if a foot switch is used, its connector must be plugged into this inlet. The device is equipped with protection against overheating: if the device overheats, it automatically shuts off the gas.

The carousel is equipped with additional sensors, so it can measure the temperature of the loops and check their perfect sterilization. The state of the loops is indicated by LEDs according to their temperature (sterilization phase). The intensity of sterility can be selected in two stages, and two cooling periods can also be set.

Mikroprocesszoros, gázégő vezérelt karusszel. A két mikroprocesszoros készülék – a sterilizáló feltét és a biztonsági gázégő – kétirányú kommunikációjának eredményeként a lángsterilizálás és az oltókacs váltása teljesen automatikus. Az oltószárak mozgatását, azaz az oltókacsok pozicionálását motorizált mechanika végzi. Maximum 4 db oltókacstartó szárat lehet elhelyezni az állványban. A kacstartó szárak felhelyezését, illetve eltávolítását szenzor érzékeli, és automatikusan vezérli a gázégő összes funkcióját. A sterilitási idő és a forgásirány megválasztható.A karusszel további szenzorokkal van felszerelve, így mérni tudja az oltókacsok hőmérsékletét, ellenőrizni azok tökéletes sterilizálását. Az oltókacsok állapotát hőmérsékletük szerint (sterilizálási fázis) LED-ek jelzik. A sterilitás intenzitását két fokozatban meg lehet választani, valamint két hűtési periódust lehet beállítani. A feltét elektromos igénye a gázégő lábkapcsoló kimenetéről elégíthető ki. A készülék túlfűtés elleni védelemmel van ellátva: ha készülék túlmelegszik, automatikusan elzárja a gázt.
