Speed, sensitivity, reliability, economy!

Thanks to its patented heating system, the ECO 48 real-time PCR device sold by Cole-Parmer has a unique speed and uniformity on the market. Fewer parallel measurements are required, and due to its speed, more measurements can be performed at a given time. See the "arrow" figure to the left! Uniformity allows us to evaluate the results of different plates or even different ECO 48s together. More cycles/day, less operating costs! More than 2,000 scientific articles serve as references (among others: Nature).

Block material: gold-plated silver (corrosion-free, excellent thermal conductivity). 40 cycles in 40 minutes! (with optimized protocol: 15 minutes), HRM analysis < 4 minutes. Temperature range: 35-100 °C; uniformity: ± 0.1 °C.

No need for empty "corners", all places are equivalent in terms of reaction! It is sufficient to run two parallels per sample.

Compared to devices available on the market, its speed is unbeatable! Average heating-cooling speed: 5.5 °C/sec, max. 25 °C/sec. Sensitivity: 1 copy. 48 sample slots with up to 5 µl sample volume: 384 plate geometry, 1/8 size, which allows the user to reduce the amount of expensive reagents (compared to conventional devices with 96 sample slots blocks) and a small amount of available templates an intense fluorescent signal can also be measured.

Also in the Control software, you can enter the data required to create the program quickly and easily:

• steps, temperatures, cycle times, etc.
