Grinders with a cutting blade are ideal in food industry laboratories, chemical or biological research institutes, and everywhere where very fast and fine chopping and homogenization is required. The devices are designed for special laboratory requirements: for highly watery, oily, fatty as well as dry, soft and medium-hard materials, such as fruits, vegetables, sausages, meat, fish, cheese, frozen products - i.e. food pieces, spices, seeds and seedlings. Thanks to the homogenizers' special cutting knife system and removable, variable volume sample collector - which is also the grinding vessel - the procedure and subsequent cleaning is quick and easy. Shredding is safe: the safety cover cannot be opened while the rotor is rotating.

GM 200: device with a 1 liter grinding bowl and a 1000 Watt motor. The motor speed can be controlled digitally. The 4.3" touchscreen display shows the grinding time and speed. It can work in continuous and interval (stage) mode. 8 standard and 4 individually adjustable programs can be stored in the device's memory.

GM 300: combination of a 5 liter grinding vessel and a 1.1 kW motor for homogenizing large quantities of samples. Operation of the device is extremely simple on the one-button menu-driven control panel and graphic display. Operating modes: continuous, intermittent and reverse rotation. 10 set parameters can be stored in the GM 300 memory. Accessories of the devices: plastic grinding container and standard cover for the container. Optional other pots and lids as well as titanium knives can be ordered. The heavy-duty lid automatically optimizes the volume of the grinding container - perfectly matching the size of the ground sample. The heavy lid can be ordered with a liquid drainage channel for samples that release a lot of juice (e.g. tomatoes, potatoes, etc.).
