The ROTAX 6.8 overhead shaker is designed to provide consistent and reproducible mixing for environmental and waste analysis laboratories. It is ideal for assessing the solubility of contaminants in water from sludge, for testing sediments and solid waste in waste treatment plants, and for performing routine wastewater or solid sample analyses.
It is designed to meet the requirements of UNI 10802 (waste - manual sampling and preparation of sample and analysis of eluates) and DIN 38414 (examination of water, wastewater, sludge, and sediments) and ensures compliance with recognized standards for laboratory testing.
Designed to be resistant to chemical and mechanical corrosion, the overhead shaker automatically stops if rotation is blocked, ensuring safe operation. With electronic speed control up to 30 rpm and an easy-to-read LCD display for precise monitoring and adjustment. It can accommodate up to six 2-liter or eight 1-liter bottles (with adapter), providing flexibility for different sample volumes.
