Microprocessor device with digital display for SC162 and CC162 heated magnetic stirrers. The instrument and the sensor can be positioned independently, signal transmission is provided by a flexible cable. The advantage of the cable is that the instrument is not directly exposed to the corrosive vapors released when working with acids and alkalis. A stainless steel PT100 sensor is included with the contact thermometer.
