Swabs with culture medium and growth indicator for the qualitative detection of various microorganisms on surfaces. The culture medium contains a pH indicator that indicates biological activity by an easily visible change in the color of the culture medium. Composition: differential culture medium. Storage between 10-25°C.

Usage:

Remove the sterile swab from the bag.
Moisten the tip of the swab by immersing it in sterile physiological solution.
Drain the excess liquid by resting the tip of the swab against the wall of the tube.
Rub the swab on a surface (10 x 10 cm2) horizontally and vertically.
Place the swab in the tube containing the culture medium.
Close the tube and write the date and place of sampling.
Incubate according to the type.
Observe the color change of the culture medium.
