Systec's external peristaltic pump called MediaPump can be used completely independently of the petri dish filling device for accurate dosing of liquids. The pump contains the same high-precision pump head as Systec's MediaFill petri dish filling device.

A support rod can be screwed into the top of the pump, to which various tools can be attached. The pump is controlled by the touchscreen unit also used in petri dish chargers.

Dosage range: from 0.1 ml to 9,999.9 ml. Inner diameter of usable pipes: 3-8 mm. Maximum delivery speed: 2,500 ml/min.

Operating modes: manual, dosing, serial dosing, pipetting, dilution. Thanks to the technology used in the pump, there are no drips between each dispensed volume, thus avoiding contamination of the work area.

Thanks to its special design, the device is easy to use. The tube can be changed in seconds. The cover that clamps down the tubes has a spring closure, which significantly increases the life of the silicone tubes.

Calibrating the pump is simple, the calibration can be done without a manual. During the process, the next step to be taken is always shown on the touch screen.
