ELTRA has been producing element analyzers for more than four decades, so it has become one of the key players in this market today. Thanks to the cutting-edge technology used in their design and construction, its devices have a robust structure and reliable operation.
The level of service, price and very low maintenance costs of the analyzers stand up to all comparisons.
The element analyzers determine the amount of elements to be measured from the combustion products produced during the burning of the sample at high temperatures.
Combustion can take place in a resistance-heated tube furnace or in a high-frequency heating (induction) furnace.
The analyzers are distinguished according to the element groups to be determined. According to them, there are carbon-sulfur (CS-r, CS-i), oxygen-hydrogen (OH-p), oxygen-nitrogen (ON-p), oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen (ONH-p) analyzers. Renewed devices have recently been put on the market. They all bear the new, patented ELEMENTRAC® brand name.
In these devices, the method of burning the sample can be different, the fuel feeding the combustion and/or the carrier gas, and the operating principle of the measuring cell used for detection can be different.
ELTRA's devices have a modular structure. Resistance-heated devices (CS_r) can contain a maximum of four measuring cells, while high-frequency-heated analyzers can contain a maximum of six measuring cells. On request, a device with a single measuring cell can be ordered. Almost all variations, such as suitable for one-channel carbon or sulfur measurement, but even four-channel devices are part of the product range.
The channels are manufactured according to the samples to be tested by the future user, to the optimal measurement range. From the two large groups of devices, we first present the analyzers with resistance-heated ovens.
