IUL-manufactured MASTICATORS (stomachers) are used for the homogenization of food industry or other biological samples in a nutrient solution.
Fill the diluted sample with the DELTA DILUTOR or in some other way into a sterile bag and place it in the device, which is 'stomped together' by the extremely strong 2 steel feet with a horizontal movement (tampling).
The device can be started or stopped by closing the door. If a bag with a filter insert is used, the sample can be separated into a wet and a solid phase. We recommend the 400 ml (several types) and 3,500 ml devices for larger quantities. Once homogenization is complete, the bags can be placed in the stomacher bag holder (see SMART DILUTOR, page 11.2).

The larger (400 ml) devices are available in several designs:
CLASSIC type: devices with fixed treadle speed, variable time or continuous operation with a stainless door and partially painted (black) and partially stainless cover. The PANORAMIC version is made with a glass window door.
BASIC type: same structure as CLASSIC version, with stainless steel door and painted (green) cover. The PANORAMIC version is made with a glass window door.
SILVER type: device with digital display, programmable time and variable speed. Operation can be continuous. The device is made entirely of polished stainless steel, with a PANORAMIC version, the door has a glass window.
