Efficient particle counters with specifications according to ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 standards.
If required the devices can also be ordered with custom calibration points.
These models have 2 (2510-2) or 4 factory calibrated chanels. They provide a stable flow rate an external vacuum source, and can be easily integrated into a building automatication or facility monitoring system via the RS-485 Modbus communication. The air flow is monitored internally. With NIST traceable calibration. The devices have a stainless steel external, a long-life laser diode and a user-configurable alarm light.
Equipped with an internal pump and a manifold, these models do not need an external vacuum source. With the Modbus RS-485 communication, the models can be easily integrated into a building automation or facility monitoring system. With 4 factory calibrated chanels. The exhaust air passes through an internal HEPA filter. The air flow is monitored internally. With NIST traceable calibration. The devices have a stainless steel external, a long-life laser diode and a user-configurable alarm light.
They contain industry-leading battery technology, which ensures the longest available operating time for the devices. It is possible to put the devices in partial or full sleep mode for the time between samplings. In sleep mode, the device consumes minimal energy.
The manufacturer provides the Modbus DashBoard software for its particle counters free of charge. With this software, the operation of several Particles Plus devices can be monitored at the same time.
It allows monitoring the operation of up to 35 devices at the same time. Displays the status and data selected by the user for each device. Device data can also be logged to a .csv file. |
Supports Modbus communication via RS-232, RS-485 or wired/Wi-fi TCP. Both Modbus RTU and ASCII modes are available. The connection and the communication methodes of the istruments connected to the software mus always be the same. |
For immediate analysis, the user can easily retrive the selected data and the data range of the devices, which the program also display on a diagram for easily viewing the data. |
