Efficient particle counters with specifications according to ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 standards, with built-in vacuum pump, flow regulator, HEPA filter and removable Li-ion battery.
It can be used as a stand-alone instrument or easily integrated into a building automation and cleanroom monitoring system via Ethernet or optionally available Wireless 802.11 b/g, RS485 or RS232 connections.
The devices display and save data for 6 user-selected particle size channels, flow rate, temperature and relative humidity. They can be controlled and monitored remotely via a web browser. You can generate ISO 14644-1, EU GMP Annex 1 or FS 209E reports. With a colored, 10.9 cm WQVGA (480 x 272) touchscreen, adjustable, built-in sound-based alarm, which counts alarms from 1 to 9,999,999. Alarms include particle size, low battery, sensor error (temperature, humidity, flow). With stainless steel outer surface.

Particles Plus instruments can store up to 45,000 data records. These records contain comprehensive data for each sample. With 1 sampling per minute, the device can record a full month of data before overwriting the old records. With 1 sampling every 15 minutes, it can store more than 15 months of data records.
Up to 1,000 user-defined sampling locations and 50 different sampling programs can be recorded in the instruments. The number of samplings, sampling time, intervals, etc. can be set individually for the sampling programs. The sampling program can also be defined separately for the sampling locations, which is automatically set when the location is selected. The characteristics of the location and the sampling program are also automatically recorded for the gata records.
They contain industry-leading battery technology, which ensures the longest available operating time for the devices. It is possible to put the devices in partial or full sleep mode for the time between samplings. In sleep mode, the device consumes minimal energy.
If required the devices can also be ordered with custom calibration points.
IMS software
The manufacturer provides the IMS software for its particle counters free of charge.

It enables the viewing of past and real-time measurements and displays the status of the instrument. The data of the measurements can also be downloaded in a .csv file. |

With the help of the software, the data selected by the user can be directly exported to MS Excel. It also offers the possibility to update the firmware of the instrument and calibrate the environmental sensors (e.g. temperature, relative humidity). |

It provides a quick and easy way to view instrument data. Simply select the data fields and data range for the selected instrument, and the software will retrieve the data and plot it for immediate analysis. |
